📋 Description

• Perform manual testing focused on Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Omni-Channel, or related CRM applications • Test Service Cloud features including Case Management, Knowledge Base, Service Console, and Omni-Channel • Validate Salesforce customizations involving Process Builder, Flows, and Validation Rules • Track defects and manage tests using tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Zephyr • Use SOQL for Salesforce data validation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing activities and resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in manual testing with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud or related CRM applications • Strong understanding of Case Management, Knowledge Base, Service Console, and Omni-Channel • Familiarity with Process Builder, Flows, and Validation Rules • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Zephyr • Basic knowledge of SOQL for Salesforce data validation • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork
