📋 Description
• Work 1–2 hours per day • Serve as the first point of contact for questions from 1,000 creators on Tictoc via WhatsApp, email, and group chats • Respond to, categorize, and escalate inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary • Resolve more complex support requests independently • Accurately document open cases • Create presentations and reports as needed
