📋 Description

• Gather, check and organize all information required for each service job • Work with installation teams to obtain missing or updated details • Contact manufacturers for warranty claim information and requirements • Provide customers with timely, accurate updates • Keep service jobs moving without delays or gaps • Track job progress and maintain accurate records • Follow up until each job is completed correctly • Call field technicians to confirm job details • Confirm warranty coverage, part details and claim requirements with manufacturers • Update customer records and service notes • Discuss timelines and expectations with customers • Identify and quickly resolve missing information • Manage multiple service jobs simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service, administrative or coordination experience (preferred) • Strong phone and communication skills • Close attention to detail and good organization • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at a fast pace • A quiet, dependable home workspace and reliable internet • Consistent availability during scheduled hours • Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. availability (about 30 hours per week)
