📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outreach to new and existing members by phone, text, and email • Answer inbound tickets and complete assigned tickets daily • Maintain an over-80% weekly phone answer rate • Serve as a hub for inbound questions about Bold and its offerings • Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher • Represent the voice between customers and Bold • Report to the Manager of Member Experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish/English • 1–3 years of experience as a customer support representative • Effective, empathetic, and active communication skills • Experience working in CRMs and customer service tools, including Insightly CRM and HubSpot • Ability to prioritize and handle high-volume work while maintaining quality interactions • Ability to quickly understand and absorb new information and apply prior experience in new contexts • Experience in a role with direct daily interactions with older adults • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to report bugs with detailed descriptions and data to the engineering team • High levels of empathy, patience, and a positive attitude • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability • Computer proficiency • Experience with HubSpot, Insightly, Slack, or JustCall is a plus
