📋 Description

• Serve as the central point of contact for solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors implementations • Analyze customer requirements and develop comprehensive end-to-end processes for relevant SuccessFactors modules • Define integration scenarios with other systems, such as SAP S/4HANA • Act as the primary contact for module leads regarding integrative scenarios • Coordinate module-level integrative scenarios within the overall solution architecture • Present system architecture to different stakeholders • Lead workshops and training sessions for customers and project teams • Work closely with module leads, consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure smooth implementations

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with a focus on solution architecture • Deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and their integration possibilities • Ideally, experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM integration • Ability to clearly explain complex topics and confidently present them to a wide range of stakeholders • Experience leading and coordinating IT implementation projects • Strong conceptual skills • Ability to solve complex problems
