📋 Description

• Lead multiple business units across a designated West Coast region • Mentor and support business unit leaders across multiple territories • Align regional strategy with corporate growth initiatives • Drive revenue growth, operational scalability, and margin performance • Own the full regional P&L • Strengthen forecasting, cost controls, and financial discipline • Improve job cost performance and regional profitability • Provide executive-level oversight on complex commercial roofing projects • Drive project optimization to improve efficiency, production, and margin • Support field leadership with technical challenges and risk mitigation • Ensure consistent safety, quality, and operational standards across offices • Align workforce planning with backlog and revenue targets • Optimize labor forecasting, crew productivity, and talent deployment • Build, coach, and retain high-performing operational leadership teams • Advise executive leadership as a senior technical and operational advisor

🎯 Requirements

• Current residency in the Western United States • Prior or current experience working for a commercial roofing contractor in a dedicated operations or senior project manager position • 8+ years of commercial roofing operations or senior project management experience • Multi-territory or multi-location leadership experience highly preferred • Proven P&L management responsibility • Previous branch or commercial roofing company leadership preferred • Highly technical commercial roofing knowledge with experience supporting large-scale projects • Strong financial, operational, and strategic acumen • Must be authorized to work in the United States
