📋 Description

• Manage the technology stack for international membership program expansion outside the US • Lead and manage business processes and analytics across multiple countries • Provide efficient, donor-centric systems and operations • Enable data-driven fundraising decisions to maximize revenue, donor growth, and operational fundraising efficiency • Direct and lead a multidisciplinary hub-and-spoke team with central and local country teams • Lead and manage the CRM platform and affiliated systems • Lead the reporting and analytics program • Participate in strategic planning, design, vendor evaluation, implementation, and management of systems-related projects • Lead the design and oversight of fundraising, gift processing, data governance, data integrity, and systems business processes • Oversee reporting architecture development and deployment of reports • Guide analysis and insights for decision-making across multidisciplinary membership teams in each country

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical discipline or equivalent technical experience • 6 years’ experience as a business professional in IT or related field • Experience with Constituent/Customer Relationship Management or marketing technologies and change management associated with new tools and ways of working • Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes, evaluating options and recommending solutions • Experience with IT systems and software development methodologies • Experience with relational databases; working knowledge of SQL a plus • Experience with report development, delivery and adoption across functions • Experience in Data Visualization and proficiency in Excel • Supervisory experience or experience managing a multidisciplinary team across multiple countries • Experience in customer management, vendor management and service level agreements • Experience defining and documenting complex systems and operational requirements • Experience communicating and presenting effectively with internal and external audiences • Project management experience • English is required • Successful applicant must meet The Nature Conservancy’s background screening requirements
