📋 Description

• Facilitate and lead multiple projects for process improvement, process design, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) simultaneously. • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, statistical analysis, control charts, poka yoke, visual controls, and DMAIC. • Serve as CI Business Relationship Manager to assigned business area(s), collaborating with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic objectives. • Analyze and baseline current-state processes to identify and implement optimal solutions. • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with business owners. • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes. • Build strong stakeholder relationships and navigate challenges effectively. • Develop project plans, lead teams through improvement cycles, and ensure milestones are met. • Promote awareness and adoption of CI methodologies across the enterprise. • Support training and coaching for employees at all levels of the organization. • Document and maintain guidelines and best practices for consistency across CI functions. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Process Improvement or a related field is required. • Black belt certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology required. • Change Management certification preferred. • 5+ years’ experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, project management, or related experience, with a track record of measurable results is required. • Strong project management experience required, including business case development and implementation planning. • Extensive experience required with core software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint. • Knowledge around the PBM industry is preferred. • Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge preferred. • Familiarity with change management philosophies and practices preferred. • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives. • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
