📋 Description

• Lead Salesforce Solution Architecture ensuring most efficient solution is designed and implemented to meet business needs. • Partner with stakeholders across business units; lead, influence and guide teams in Salesforce solutions and integrations. • Architecting complex enterprise solutions incorporating data, BSS/OSS, and identity management systems while providing strategic architectural guidance. • Leading development of comprehensive architectural frameworks and standards to address sophisticated business requirements and technological challenges. • Directing enterprise-wide architectural initiatives through detailed analysis of system integrations, data flows, and cross-platform dependencies. • Establishing architectural governance processes and design principles to ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategy and business objectives. • Orchestrating implementation of large-scale architectural transformations while mentoring teams on architectural best practices and emerging technologies. • Synthesizing business requirements into innovative architectural solutions that optimize system performance, scalability, and integration capabilities. • Spearheading development of enterprise product roadmaps and technology strategies through collaboration with senior stakeholders and technical teams. • Evaluating emerging technologies and architectural patterns to recommend strategic improvements aligned with enterprise digital transformation goals. • Championing architectural standards and practices across the organization while facilitating knowledge transfer between technical and business teams. • Formulating comprehensive cost estimates and resource plans for complex enterprise architecture initiatives through detailed analysis and stakeholder input.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform, with proven success in designing and delivering complex enterprise implementations. • Hands-on experience across a range of Salesforce products - including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud. • Committed to ongoing learning and expanding expertise. • Ability to balance business acumen with technical depth. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong understanding of architecture patterns and integrations. • Experience with API integrations and data migration for large Salesforce implementations. • Bachelor's Degree (while possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast may also consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience). • Minimum of 10 Years of relevant work experience.
