📋 Description

• Respond to customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively • Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory • Oversee hardware maintenance, installation, network management, multi-vendor maintenance, and software support • Utilize technical skills on peripherals, large system printers, plotters, enterprise-level servers, communications equipment, networks, and item processing sorters • Perform maintenance repairs and system overhauls, including modular swaps and unit replacements • Manage network faults and traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access • Capture customer information to complete invoicing • Log all customer calls and activity and track expenses incurred in delivering services • Organize and triage customer issues, resolve problems on-site, escalate issues, and provide ongoing customer communication

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of systems architecture, database management systems, and network/system management • Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software • A+ Certification, CompTIA N+ Certification, PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems • 3+ years of relevant experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows XP, and Windows 2000 • Local candidates strongly preferred; position is not eligible for paid relocation and candidates must be available to begin work promptly in the assigned geographic territory • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or higher preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfying NCR fleet requirements • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to travel extensively, drive several hours per day, work rotating and weekend shifts, and carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination • Offers of employment are conditional upon passing applicable screening criteria
