📋 Description

• Monitor and track orders, shipments, and production schedules • Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials • Identify and resolve delays or supply chain issues • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory status • Expedite urgent orders and prioritize critical shipments • Communicate status updates to management and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with company policies and delivery requirements • Manage the smooth and timely logistics flow of OFCI materials, goods, and information within Nebius’s supply chain and production process • Coordinate delivery of goods between suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to prevent delays and maintain project schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related experience • Experience in expediting, procurement, or logistics (preferred) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and coordination abilities • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Attention to detail and ability to multitask • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems • In-depth knowledge of local legislation and standards regarding movement of goods and equipment in the U.S. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Negotiation and follow-up skills • Analytical thinking • Team collaboration • Customer and service orientation • Must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility
