📋 Description

• Research, design, implement, and manage software applications • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements • Write, test, and implement efficient code • Review and provide feedback on pull requests • Use AI coding tools as part of the daily workflow • Coach and mentor other team members • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and internal teams to understand customer needs and develop technical solutions • Help build a new Scholarship Granting Organization platform for collecting donations, evaluating scholarship eligibility, and distributing funds • Drive technical direction for a newly launched engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of related experience • Strong technical competency • Logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving • Ability to communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and management on complex issues • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities • Adaptability to change and focus on continuous improvement • Experience or ability to learn .NET and Angular engineering fundamentals
