📋 Description

• Research, design, implement, and maintain software applications based on user requirements • Write, test, and implement efficient code • Use AI coding tools as part of the daily workflow • Provide recommendations on design and development approach • Work on a new Scholarship Granting Organization engineering team building a platform from the ground up • Help build functionality for collecting donations, evaluating families for scholarship eligibility, and distributing funds • Transform customer needs into technical solutions • Communicate with team members and stakeholders on complex issues • Manage multiple priorities and contribute to continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of related experience • Strong technical competency • Logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving • Ability to communicate clearly within a team on complex issues • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Adaptability to change and focus on continuous improvement • Current technology stack includes .NET and Angular, with willingness to learn valued over specific technology experience
