📋 Description

• Partner with the VP, HR for Sales and senior Commercial leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, growth objectives, and workforce needs • Advise executive and senior leadership teams on talent, organization design, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, and change leadership • Support HR strategy and execution for Sales and field-based commercial teams • Lead and support talent review, succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential identification processes • Advise leaders on restructuring, operating model changes, productivity reviews, team effectiveness, and change adoption • Provide guidance on performance management, policy interpretation, employee relations, investigations, and workplace concerns • Use workforce analytics, talent metrics, and business data to identify trends and recommend actions • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, People Operations, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders • Coach leaders on communication, inclusive leadership, employee engagement, accountability, and team performance • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and practices across the Commercial organization

🎯 Requirements

• Significant progressive Human Resources experience, including substantial experience in a senior HR Business Partner role within a corporate environment • Experience supporting Sales, Commercial, field-based, customer-facing, or revenue-generating teams • Experience partnering with executive-level and senior leadership stakeholders • Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect HR initiatives to measurable business outcomes • Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations • Capability in organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and performance management • Experience supporting organizational change, restructuring, change communication, stakeholder alignment, and adoption planning • Employee relations judgment, including workplace issues, policy application, investigations, and risk-aware decision-making • Consulting, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting workforce data and identifying trends • Ability to balance strategic influence with hands-on execution as a senior individual contributor • Clear, effective communication skills for presenting complex information to senior leaders • Commitment to inclusive leadership and fair, consistent employment processes • Desirable: experience in regulated or technical industries; global or multinational teams; sales transformations; HR Centers of Excellence; HR systems and people analytics tools • Advanced degree or professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR, or equivalent is desirable
