The company produces made-to-measure, handcrafted seating using traditional savoir-faire (labelled Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) and offers a 3D online configurator for personalization. Neology serves private customers as well as hotels, restaurants, corporate and reseller clients, focusing on luxury residential and contract interiors.

📋 Description

• Become a Subject Matter Expert on the tolling industry and Neology systems • Analyze and track contractual requirements through the project life cycle • Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices and versioned requirements documents • Manage project requirements and delivery traceability in ALM tools • Translate scope items into workflow diagrams, system requirements, operational requirements, and use cases • Support technical design by translating business requirements for the development team • Triage system issues and support issue prioritization • Reconcile conflicting information, identify risks, and obtain requirements approvals • Participate in and document kickoff meetings and requirements workshops • Participate in client activities and support client relationship building • Facilitate process and technology discussions and action planning across functional groups • Track project deliverables and daily time against project codes • Participate in project status meetings and raise issues, concerns, and risks • Manage changing priorities, multiple deadlines, and support requests • Translate use cases into test cases and support quality assurance, quality control, and validation activities • Support technical writing and training teams with end-user documentation and training materials • Support customer training delivery • Participate in training and mentoring project team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Information Technology degree or equivalent • Excellent analytical and oral and written communication skills • Ability to translate abstract or high-level information into actionable written documentation • Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from multiple inputs • Ability to manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally • Ability to manage project deadlines • Must be passionate about learning and be a constant learner • Must be confident, organized, and flexible • Working knowledge of waterfall, agile, and/or hybrid software development methodologies • Very strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Visio • Superior English writing and communication skills • US citizenship or independent authorization to work in the United States • Eligible work authorization limited to US Citizen, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, or L2-EAD • No OPT-EAD, H1B, or TN candidates • Experience coordinating or supporting complex and/or large software projects preferred • Experience working with external clients highly valued • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools beneficial • Experience with Business Intelligence tools beneficial • Presentation and training facilitation a plus • Experience with highly reliable systems beneficial
