📋 Description

• Provide technology leadership, vision, and guidance to engineering and product development teams and drive innovation in product development • Deliver customer-focused business outcomes using Java full-stack and cloud computing across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS • Manage P&L and gross margins and help grow the business through superior delivery • Ensure timely project delivery, manage scope changes, and convert scope changes into customer revenue • Lead customer relations and management at the organizational level • Establish processes that improve predictability, productivity, quality, and speed-to-value • Institutionalize sustainable Agile practices and develop value-increasing roadmaps • Identify and evaluate organization-led innovation and development opportunities • Lead talent transformation, including retention, recruitment, upskilling, cross-skilling, and certifications • Collaborate with Vertical Heads to achieve organizational goals • Grow the Halifax nearshore engineering center • Support M&A activities and own integration of acquired entities in North America and Latin America • Guide teams during pre-sales and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in product lifecycle development, with varied roles across lifecycle stages • Strong product engineering background • Experience delivering outcomes using Java full-stack and cloud computing (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) • At least one industry deep-domain experience • Experience converting product roadmaps into engineering roadmaps • Customer-centric experience leading organization-level customer relations and management • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies • Product engineering, design, and architecture expertise • Experience with IP-led transformation models, including assets, frameworks, accelerators, POCs, and patents • Ability to guide teams during pre-sales and execution • Experience managing P&L and gross margins • Experience with Agile practices and process development • Experience leading talent transformation, including retention, recruitment, upskilling, cross-skilling, and certifications • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent people management and leadership skills • Ability to communicate effectively with employees from entry level through global leadership • Flexible attitude and willingness to embrace change and promote innovation • Ability to maintain high standards of work practices, integrity, respect, and confidentiality
