📋 Description

• Support accelerated hiring across the engineering organization • Own a portfolio of product and engineering requisitions end to end, from intake to signed offer • Support non-technical roles as priorities shift • Conduct intake meetings with engineering hiring managers to define scorecards and technical requirements • Source and engage passive engineering candidates through GitHub, open source communities, and technical networks • Coordinate technical interview loops and facilitate debriefs • Drive timely hiring decisions • Hold offers within approved compensation bands and partner with Finance on exceptions • Partner with hiring managers across the US, UK, and EMEA on role requirements and priorities • Maintain accurate Ashby data • Report on pipeline health and progress against hiring goals • Report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical roles • 2+ years working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with fewer than 400 employees • Proven track record of sourcing and closing technical talent, especially with Python, Go, and enterprise software experience • Ability to ramp quickly and deliver results with minimal onboarding • Experience using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and other job boards • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organization and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles, applicants, and priorities simultaneously • Availability to work during US East Coast or Central business hours for the duration of the contract
