📋 Description

• Architect and build maintainable, performant Android client code with effective documentation • Define and drive best practices for consistency, reliability, and simplicity in a high-commit-volume codebase • Leverage Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Circuit, Dagger/Hilt, and GraphQL to deliver scalable solutions for the shared SDUI architecture • Develop testable code and write automated JVM Unit, Espresso, and Paparazzi tests • Monitor cutting-edge Android technologies and software engineering practices • Modernize the codebase to accelerate innovation velocity • Collaborate with client and server teams on framework and architecture vision • Mentor and grow less-experienced Android engineers • Influence framework and architecture roadmaps • Drive forward-looking technical solutions with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise with Android UI architecture and frameworks • Strong engineering aptitude • Experience with Kotlin/Compose on Android • Experience with GraphQL • Understanding of Android technologies including Jetpack Compose, Circuit, and Dagger/Hilt • Experience writing automated tests, including JVM Unit, Espresso, and Paparazzi • Deep understanding of the technical landscape of Android development • Ability to identify opportunities and drive forward-looking technical solutions or roadmaps with little supervision • Strong track record of leading projects and delivering results • Project management and estimation skills • Experience weaving GenAI and agentic workflows into engineering practices and changing SDLC processes • Analytical and technical skills • Ability to collaborate effectively and appreciate diverse perspectives
