📋 Description

• Lead strategic global merchandising for GKA wholesale partners within the athletic specialty channel • Shape strategic planning across multiple business units aligned to global category direction • Own global merchandising GKA plan(s) deployed by regional channel merchandising teams • Develop assortments achieving shape, share, and product mix targets defined in long-range plans • Protect integrity of key models through disciplined lifecycle management and product segmentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 12-15+ years of industry experience with preferred working experience directly with wholesale partners • Deadline oriented and analytically skilled • Knowledgeable in channel segmentation, range architecture, product assortment planning, concept drivers, and product flow • Sophisticated communicator able to present and negotiate with the key account team and influence multiple regions and senior leadership • Solid oral and written communication skills • Experience working in a team environment with proven leadership skills
