📋 Description

• Architect and drive a strategy to eliminate the "Silo Tax," reduce technical debt, and centralize technical operations • Implement the "Customer Zero" reliability model so internal systems meet rigorous stability and monitoring standards • Lead compliance efforts for internal tooling, including scaling and sustaining FedRAMP/IL4 requirements • Drive resource allocation and cost optimization strategies impacting EBITDA margins and Rule of 40 goals • Manage and develop high-performing teams, mentor Directors, and foster cross-functional accountability and innovation • Transform fragmented operations into scalable architecture and drive an AI-First strategy • Ensure operational reliability, rigorous compliance, and fiscal efficiency across enterprise IT

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of enterprise IT experience • 10+ years leading teams with multiple levels of management • Deep understanding of internal and external business contexts • Ability to map technical work to business outcomes • Proven ability to break down silos, inspire execution, and resolve ambiguity • Ability to navigate cultural norms, influence stakeholders, and manage sensitive situations diplomatically • Ability to anticipate trends, manage risks, and align technical priorities with long-term company goals • Willingness to disrupt existing systems and rally the organization around a new vision • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position • Must verify identity and eligibility to work • Must pass a criminal background check • May be required to pass an export compliance assessment
