📋 Description

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for financial, operational, and client relationship functions within an assigned food service and hospitality territory • Own financial performance and operational success across the assigned territory • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans with the finance team • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes • Ensure compliance with financial, operational, and risk management policies • Implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency • Lead client business reviews and drive client satisfaction, retention, renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities • Serve as a trusted client advisor and develop innovative service solutions • Develop and execute long-term strategic growth plans, including incremental sales, organic growth, and market penetration • Oversee rollout of company initiatives aligned with brand standards and operational capabilities • Promote company culture, values, and hospitality standards • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding of location and regional leaders • Develop succession plans and leadership development opportunities • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Ensure food quality, presentation, hospitality service, health, safety, sanitation, operational policies, and brand standards across all units • Drive performance improvements through best practices, innovation, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit food service or hospitality management • At least 5 years at a senior regional or executive level • Demonstrated success in financial management, strategic planning, and client partnership • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and build strong leadership pipelines • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution • Must reside in or be willing to locate to the Austin, San Antonio, or Tampa markets
