📋 Description

• Drive design wins and new products in target accounts • Conduct customer visits for technical product presentations, demonstrations, and product value proposition deployment • Synthesize customer, product positioning, and competitive insights to improve product definition and roadmaps • Manage project design-in campaigns to ensure early involvement in customer technology roadmaps and timely information flow • Qualify design opportunities and establish value propositions relative to competition • Promote Nexperia product value and quantify technical benefits • Own the block diagram process to ensure a complete Nexperia system sell • Oversee design-win objectives and design-funnel management • Deliver formal and informal knowledge sharing and product positioning for assigned automotive accounts • Build relationships with sales, business lines, customers, engineering, and management • Interface with product teams on new product ideas and development • Educate Field Sales Engineers on new technologies, product features, and business value

🎯 Requirements

• BSEE required; MSEE preferred • Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrification design in EV and/or industrial applications • Technical experience with power applications, including electrification, ECUs, BCMs, and/or power supplies/management • Strong communication and presentation skills • In-depth understanding of the Americas semiconductor market, including reference design influence and transnational accounts • Good knowledge of discrete semiconductors, including MOSFETs, ESD protection, logic, analog, and power management ICs • Ability to execute strategies involving multiple stakeholders • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach • Team-oriented and willing to take responsibility • Ability to meet and beat deadlines • Willingness to travel primarily to the US west coast (10%) and occasionally internationally
