📋 Description

• Work as a software developer on an Oracle E-Business Suite R12 integrated project team supporting a Department of War multi-Agency program • Collaborate with solution architects, functional resources, infrastructure resources, and configuration change management resources • Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy solutions • Analyze business and functional requirements and determine appropriate technical solutions • Develop technical design documents meeting business and system requirements • Lead development of Oracle EBS Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW) • Develop web applications using Oracle APEX, including forms, reports, charts, and dashboards • Customize existing APEX applications for specific business requirements • Optimize APEX applications for performance, including SQL tuning and efficient use of APEX features • Lead design and code review sessions • Analyze system processes to identify and recommend improvements • Work with functional analysts to define and develop software enhancements • Support system and user acceptance testing, including issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-2 background investigation • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (i.e., OCA WebLogic 11g SA, OCI Foundations 2020, Security+ CE) or ability to obtain certification within 60 days • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and seven years of Oracle ERP implementation and sustainment experience • Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 or above Federal Financial Management for Federal civilian and/or DoW • Proficiency in using APEX development tools and features • Experience with version control systems such as Git for managing APEX code • Experience with Oracle Unified Method (OUM), Agile development methodologies, and Oracle EBS RICEFW development • Technical knowledge in one or more Oracle EBS R12 process areas: Budget to Report (B2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Acquire to Retire (A2R), or Order to Cash (O2C) • Experience integrating external systems with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or legacy systems conversions • Experience designing, developing, and deploying synchronous/asynchronous BPEL and OSB processes using JDeveloper • Experience with database adapter, file adapter, and Oracle Application adapters in Oracle SOA Suite • Experience with SOA and OSB administration using Enterprise Manager • Experience with Oracle Advanced Queuing, business events, and event-driven architecture • Experience with Web Service Security, SAML, SSL/TLS, X509 certificates, and PKI • Experience with SOAP XML, WSDL, XML Schema, and XSL • Experience with RESTful services and JSON • Experience with WebLogic Server, WebLogic Administration, security setup, and OPSS • JavaScript skills for client-side scripting in APEX applications • Experience using SOAPUI and XMLSpy for SOA testing and development
