📋 Description

• Research and identify potential customers within the DME/HME and broader healthcare sectors • Engage prospects through email, phone, and social media • Conduct initial conversations to qualify leads for the sales team • Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executive team • Accurately document and track all prospect interactions in CRM tools • Collaborate with the sales team to support campaigns and enhance lead generation efforts • Stay informed on industry trends and product updates

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or related role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Experience prospecting in the SaaS or healthcare industry (bonus)
