📋 Description

• Support cross-functional teams and provide subject matter expertise in planning and execution of multiple projects and programs • Foster effective communication and maintain meticulous documentation • Report program status, areas of risk/opportunity, process dependencies, and success metrics to senior internal stakeholders • Engage regularly with key collaborators to communicate progress, evaluate and identify business risks, understand priorities, and propose solutions • Maintain and nurture relationships with internal engineering teams, focusing on server hardware components • Lead cross-functional alignment of the entire program lifecycle • Guide multidisciplinary teams to successful delivery • Bridge engineering and operations to execute complex server hardware initiatives with high reliability and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent • Desire to learn technical skills within server hardware scope • Experience in program or project management • Experience with agile work processes in a cross-functional and technical team • Autonomy and a continuous improvement mindset • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities • Teamwork skills • Experience with external vendor interactions • Understanding of server hardware specifications • Experience with Jira and Confluence
