📋 Description

• Guide base-tier marketplace brands through seller integration and onboarding, including setup, launch, ramp-up, and assortment optimization on Nordstrom.com • Facilitate training for new brands on operational requirements for a successful marketplace business • Lead seller-facing calls, onboarding sessions, and webinars • Manage a portfolio of 50+ onboarding projects • Monitor base-tier seller KPIs and ensure compliance with content and operational standards • Collaborate with Brand Acquisition, Category Management, and Operations teams during inbound and outbound handoffs • Manage projects in alignment with marketplace objectives and key results • Support sellers experiencing ongoing data setup issues • Help scale Marketplace onboarding and develop multimodal onboarding processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required • 4+ years of professional experience in a large matrixed organization • 1+ year experience working with brands or external clients is a plus • Comfortable with constant change, building, and iterating processes regularly • Experience working with external clients • Customer-obsessed mindset • Ability to embrace gray areas and changing business needs
