📋 Description

• Build features end to end, spending roughly 70% of time on backend work and 20–30% on frontend • Build new products and capabilities, including incrementality and experimentation-platform functionality • Build near-real-time data ingestion and processing capabilities • Build AI-powered workflows for marketers to evaluate performance and act on insights • Improve connection-state systems and extend the partner ecosystem across data ingestion and exports • Work on product areas such as role-based access control (RBAC) • Contribute to frontend work to deliver complete product experiences • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, designers, and senior engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building backend services, APIs, and/or data processing systems in Python • Exposure to distributed systems or microservices • Experience working alongside product managers, designers, and data scientists, and owning implementation through to production • Comfort in a fast-moving or early-stage environment where priorities shift • Experience turning defined product requirements into working, production-ready code • Ability to investigate unfamiliar datasets and interconnected tables, trace dependencies, and troubleshoot issues • Working frontend experience with React and TypeScript • Strong coding fundamentals and problem-solving skills • Generalist mindset and willingness to work across backend, frontend, pipelines, and infrastructure • Experience in data-intensive backend engineering and shipped frontend work is a strong fit
