📋 Description

• Manages and interprets schedules from suppliers/subcontractors to understand impact on program schedule and milestones • Effectively manage an integrated master schedule • Successfully manage schedule risks and opportunities • Develop and manage the SMT RAIL/action item tracker to facilitate communication and accountability with the supplier/subcontractors & internal actions within NG Marine Systems NGMS • Focus on schedule and supply chain programmatic actions • Manage supplier performance, open orders, delivery and dock dates • Define and develop material strategy for on-time delivery • Effectively plans, defines, establishes, communicates, monitors, and controls subcontractor scope • Analyzes changes to balance technical, cost, schedule, quality requirements and develops alternatives • Supports development of NGMS Statements of Work (SSOW) • Adhere to subcontract scope, and manage change through control board activities • Addresses subcontract uncertainty through an organized analytical forward-looking approach

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, program management, business management or related • Master’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, program management, business management or related or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree • Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts • Experience in EVMS or similar cost and schedule management systems • Must be a US Citizen • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
