📋 Description

• Provide patients with behavioral support for diagnoses of OSA, Insomnia, RLS and CRD • Respond to patient questions and complaints in a timely manner • Resolve technical and medical issues as needed for patient support • Escalate issues to the medical team or accounts team according to protocols • Perform patient care activities through the KOEO platform, including case management for new participants, PAP therapy adherence, medical triage, and other supported clinical sleep treatments • Coordinate patient care using KOEO communication tools with patients, medical professionals, and medical equipment personnel • Deliver patient care via telephone • Take on additional duties supporting the care team • Establish customer service relationships with patients and staff • Respond to inquiries and requests within required time frames and established policy • Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Care Team Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR experience in a clinical setting OR experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare • Knowledge of operating and maintaining a PAP device • Experience in Sleep • Stellar oral and written communication skills, including active listening • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team • Strict attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through • Critical thinking and problem solving is essential • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only moderate standardization exists • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-form instructions, including medical protocols • Ability to read and interpret clinical device manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
