📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for government and commercial RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitations • Analyze solicitation requirements and develop compliance matrices, proposal outlines, and schedules • Assemble and manage cross-functional proposal teams, including subject matter experts, writers, and reviewers • Oversee creation, review, and revision of proposal content for clarity, compliance, and alignment with evaluation criteria • Develop and maintain proposal schedules and facilitate regular proposal status meetings • Conduct quality reviews for compliance, accuracy, and effectiveness • Identify improvements to proposal processes, tools, and templates • Collaborate with business development, capture management, and operations teams on win strategies, themes, and discriminators

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Minimum of five years of experience in proposal management within the federal government contracting sector • Association of Proposal Management Professionals certification preferred • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools such as SharePoint and GovWin • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and foster collaboration and accountability • Understanding of federal procurement processes, including FAR and DFARS, and proposal development best practices
