📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients • Lead the development and delivery of impactful Medical Affairs programs • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Provide strategic counsel • Oversee programs supporting scientific exchange and stakeholder engagement • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful program delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences (advanced degree, preferred) • Previous experience working in a medical communications environment • A strong strategic and leadership background • A proven track record of exceptional staff, project and client management experience • Excellent project management skills • Line management experience • Experience supporting products across pre-launch, launch, and lifecycle management • Strong therapy area experience • Excellent financial understanding with experience of budgeting and forecasting • Strong written and verbal communication skills
