📋 Description

• Improve system efficiencies and troubleshoot enterprise systems issues • Deliver new functionality to business units and credit union members • Partner with business units to improve the member experience • Own and understand assigned enterprise systems • Troubleshoot system problems and test system changes and functionality • Perform ad hoc report writing • Research and deploy system-related solutions • Manage daily workloads while serving on multiple project implementation teams • Provide technical support to resolve business and technical issues • Find and deploy solutions to fix issues, build efficiencies, and improve the member experience • Educate business units on new functionality and vendor product offerings • Monitor software releases and ensure functionality is vetted and deployed timely • Participate in analysis, design, system configurations, testing, and support of data management and integration solutions • Serve as Subject Matter Expert and team member on enterprise projects • Provide technical leadership for evaluating and scoping new systems initiatives • Make recommendations on feasibility and required resources • Liaise with business units to match system capabilities to department needs • Partner with systems vendors and align development roadmaps with credit union goals • Participate in special projects as directed by IT management • Support continuous improvement activities • Maintain confidentiality of member and sensitive information • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years in the financial services industry as a Business or Systems Analyst • 3 years project management experience leading and facilitating both IT projects and cross-functional business improvement projects • 1+ year’s experience gathering user requirements for scoping exercises • Experience implementing integrated business applications solutions • Knowledge of information systems development and project management methodologies and techniques • Strong understanding of the financial industry’s goals and drivers • Excellent written, verbal and overall presentation skills • Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills • Demonstrated ability to communicate with stakeholders, gather requirements, understand intricacies (interrelation between needs/wants, legal compliance, system capabilities, etc.) and develop thoughtful solutions • Proficient in a project management software tool • Strong customer service skills • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in Computer Sciences, Information
