📋 Description

• Build and lead a world-class Data Center Operations team covering hardware operations support, network operations support, and supporting infrastructure at scale • Establish NVIDIA’s strategic approach to global Data Center growth and operations • Anticipate growth and scaling issues and implement solutions • Work with cross-organizational business partners to establish a Data Center Lab support model • Develop metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to measure organizational performance and drive continuous optimization • Establish strong relationships with internal and external partners and foster a transparent, collaborative business unit • Facilitate key meetings and communications to align executive and senior leadership on Data Center status, growth roadmap, and cross-functional initiatives • Identify, track, and prioritize key risks and develop mitigation strategies • Establish processes and workflows to transition from reactive responses to proactive, planned services

🎯 Requirements

• Positive, high-energy attitude • BS, BA, or BEng degree in technical field (or equivalent experience); Master's degree preferred • 10+ overall years of relevant experience across data center operations, infrastructure, hardware, and networking, including people management • 4+ years leading distributed and diverse teams • Tolerance for ambiguity, flexibility, and willingness to implement ideas from others • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs through shifting priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with quantitative, organizational, and analytical skills • Ability to share concise conclusions and provide supporting analysis as needed • Passionate, creative, and tech savvy approach to problem-solving • Demonstrated drive to get things done in a fast-paced technology environment • Attention to detail and superb interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities • Deep understanding of data center power, cooling, network, and cabling infrastructure • Experience with NetBox, CMMS, SNOW, and inventory management tools • Self-starter mindset focused on growth, continuous learning, and team improvement • Ability to work with stakeholders from SVP to field engineer to customer • Positive attitude, strategic outlook, and strong powers of persuasion and negotiation
