📋 Description

• Build agentic systems in coding and research domains internally • Architect systems that analyze inference workload dynamics of leading agentic harnesses under realistic conditions • Collaborate with teams leading evaluation systems for software and hardware to improve evaluation quality • Deeply understand evolving workload profiles of coding and research agents • Engineer NVIDIA’s own agentic AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building AI agents • Familiarity with evaluating AI-agent performance • Experience using coding agents such as Codex and Claude Code • MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience • 5 years of relevant software development experience • Recent experience in AI inferencing or agents is a strong plus • 2+ years of experience building modern agentic systems or AI-backed systems is a huge plus • Open-source projects showcasing agentic AI applications are a plus • Rigorous analytical approach to analyzing and collecting data
