📋 Description

• Lead product engineering strategy for 0→1 initiatives • Work directly with executive, product, engineering, and customer teams • Define architectures and product development frameworks • Lead cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery • Turn customer problems into differentiated products • Establish engineering standards for emerging product teams • Mentor senior product engineers • Influence roadmap, architecture, and product strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience • Proven track record of leading 0→1 products • Exceptional product and technical judgment • Strong leadership across engineering and product • Excellent customer and executive communication • Strong ability to operate with ambiguity • Fluent English required • AI/ML product experience, scale-up experience, previous founding or early engineering experience, and experience building new product teams are nice to have • U.S. work authorization status must be provided; sponsorship requirements may apply
