📋 Description

• Build new product capabilities from concept to production • Work closely with Product and customers to identify high-value problems • Develop full-stack features across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure • Rapidly prototype and validate product ideas • Own features end-to-end from architecture through deployment • Use customer feedback to iterate quickly • Build scalable foundations without over-engineering • Improve developer experience, testing, and product reliability • Contribute to product and technical strategy • Work on complex systems, large-scale integrations, and real-world technical challenges • Influence architecture, product direction, and engineering culture

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience • Strong full-stack product engineering background • Experience building products from early-stage concepts • Strong product sense and customer empathy • Ability to move quickly while maintaining engineering quality • Strong communication and ownership • Experience with YC-backed or venture-backed startups • Fluent English required
