📋 Description

• Develop and test new features, integrations, and enhancements according to design specifications and requirements • Develop, configure, and support software and/or integrations • Design, build, test, and implement new and existing application functionality • Partner internally and externally to resolve technical problems, identify optimizations, and implement enhancements • Understand aligned products, integrations, or software with OCHIN systems • Lead working sessions with OCHIN members, vendors, and staff to design application solutions for operational needs • Perform complex build and configuration and complete development • Mentor and train team members in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements • Support Go-Live installations and training that may require national travel • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• HL7 experience highly preferred • NextGen MIRTH experience highly preferred • JavaScript experience preferred • Epic Bridges experience preferred • SQL Database experience preferred • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Strong organizational and project management skills • Process- and detail-oriented, with a focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule • Successful completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption before hire • Ability to travel nationally up to 20% for on-site Go-Live support, as required
