• Lead the PB/Claims and HB/Claims Analyst teams responsible for ongoing Epic platform maintenance • Manage analyst staff, deliverables, issues, risks, service-level compliance, and quality • Execute strategic goals and align people, processes, projects, and resources with OCHIN’s mission • Recruit, train, develop, recognize, coach, and manage staff performance • Coordinate team objectives, resourcing, tasks, projects, productivity, and schedules • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, standard operating procedures, and member service-level agreements • Analyze portfolio risks and issues and recommend prevention and mitigation steps • Ensure project deadlines and escalation processes are followed • Design, maintain, and optimize team procedures, templates, and tools • Build relationships with members and staff and negotiate difficult conversations • Partner with organizational leaders to optimize work, projects, and programs • Attend committee meetings to promote systems thinking and operational excellence • Safeguard intellectual property and confidentiality, including disaster recovery and backup procedures • Identify process and quality improvement opportunities • Improve maintenance and installation processes for legacy and new members • Maintain communication between Epic Maintenance Teams and relevant OCHIN departments • Resource and allocate staff for special projects and go-live support • Review ticket metrics, SLA delivery, and assignment currency • Bridge Epic build concepts with user workflows and operational practices • Review Epic release notes for quarterly upgrade build and support • Perform other duties as assigned
• 6+ years of progressively professional experience in a business service area, in a healthcare and/or IT setting • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience or leadership roles • Experience managing Epic Resolute Applications Analysts highly desired • Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, related field, or equivalent experience • Certification in at least one of Resolute PB, Resolute HB, PB Claims, HB Claims, or SBO required; more than one preferred • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute Applications Analyst, ideally with Epic build experience • Experience working with Epic in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred • Excellent customer service capability • Strong leadership skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management system preferred • Ability to travel based on member's needs • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High Speed Internet Service • Ability to work in a distraction free workplace • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required as a condition of employment
