đź“‹ Description

• Deliver all contracted services for assigned Patient Services programs • Provide operational oversight, administration, and management of one or more programs • Lead operational teams of managers and associates by setting goals, expectations, and direction • Ensure programs meet client service levels, compliance standards, and operational efficiency targets • Serve as primary liaison between the company and clients for program operations • Lead client operational meetings, handle questions and requests, and develop action plans • Monitor and improve program processes, services, systems, and analysis • Provide proactive client updates, address concerns, explore opportunities, and advocate internally for clients • Ensure contractual obligations and operational performance targets are met • Identify staffing needs and coordinate recruiting with HR • Manage program performance, pending work, bottlenecks, goals, productivity, quality, and compliance • Conduct performance reviews and quarterly talent reviews • Train, mentor, coach, and support career development for team members and managers • Manage monthly budgets and expenses, follow up on outstanding invoices, and support budget development • Apply financial indicators including operating income, revenue, ROCC, and Flash to measure performance • Explain and track quality for clients, manage quality trending, and implement compliance monitoring processes • Collaborate on program audits, address findings, and implement corrective actions • Support company initiatives and communicate company policies, plans, and programs • Collaborate with IT, PMO, and NBD on projects, service-line implementations, database updates, and UAT • Travel as needed for client meetings, trainings, or team support • Perform related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year bachelor's degree program or clinical studies such as nursing, pharmacy, and other clinical roles • Minimum five (5) years of progressively related responsibility • At least three (3) years at a supervisory level • General knowledge of reimbursement and patient assistance programs • Knowledge of database elements and functionality • Knowledge of operational policies and processes, particularly distribution processes/interfaces preferred • Client management experience • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Ability to lead and develop others • Ability to collaborate across groups, make decisions, and resolve issues • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) • Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks • General understanding of healthcare payer research, healthcare policy, and payer landscape preferred • Ability to resolve associate issues effectively and efficiently • Flexibility regarding schedule and hours • Some travel may be required • Equivalent combinations of experience and education are considered
