📋 Description

• Develop and test new features, integrations, and enhancements according to design specifications and requirements • Understand aligned products, integrations, or software deeply within OCHIN systems • Lead working sessions with OCHIN members, vendors, and staff to design application solutions for operational needs • Perform complex software build and configuration • Provide mentorship and training to team members • Resolve technical problems and identify and implement optimizations and enhancements • Support software and integrations • Travel for Go-Live installations or training as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science preferred) or a combination of college education and five or more (5+) years of relevant experience • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar or relevant role • Epic experience required • Experience building integrations between external systems/applications and Epic required • Knowledge of interoperability standards highly preferred • One or more Epic certifications/proficiencies preferred • Work history in Healthcare IT required • Track record of identifying issues and proactively solving them through an innovative mindset • Experience serving as a Subject Matter Expert on a portfolio of products • Experience serving as Level 3 (final level) of customer support • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or receive an approved medical or religious exemption before hire • Ability to travel nationwide for Go-Live installations or training as required
