📋 Description

• Work closely with the growing sales team to identify merchant pain points and consult merchants on Primer's value • Provide technical expertise to the sales team for business development • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and complex technical concepts into simple language • Drive client engagements through discovery sessions, solution design workshops, product demos, and developer Q&As • Guide merchants from pre-sales through successful go-live and ramp-up, ensuring smooth end-to-end integration • Own complex merchant integration projects, align internal and external stakeholders, create implementation plans, and proactively mitigate risks • Collaborate with Product to identify feature enhancements and new features based on market learning

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a merchant-facing role with a complex API product, ideally in payments • Comfortable implementing frontend SDKs in web or mobile environments and advising developers on integration best practices • Confidence leading discovery sessions, joining presentations at C-level, and working with technical counterparts at large merchants • Deep interest or knowledge about technology, including understanding, explaining, and designing complex technical solutions • Project management skills; organised, proactive, and able to lead integrations involving multiple teams and dependencies • Creativity and improvisational skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Collaborative approach with clients, partners, and internal Product, Engineering, and Sales teams • Drive and motivation • Experience working in a fast-paced and scaling environment
