📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives throughout the full sales cycle, including technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and differentiated technical narratives • Translate complex use cases into operational workflows and scalable deployment practices • Run structured proofs of concept tied to active opportunities with measurable operational value • Guide integrations and airspace strategy, including REST APIs, customer data environments, physical security and video platforms, networking, BVLOS approvals, waivers, and docked operations • Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and expansion • Build reusable technical assets for scalable team execution • Provide prioritized, defensible field feedback to Product and Engineering • Support deal progression, customer confidence, successful deployments, and long-term commercial sUAS program success

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in unmanned aircraft operation, design, development, or regulatory environments • Experience in utilities, AEC, security, or oil and gas • Technical background in aviation, engineering, computer science, software development, or hardware design • Familiarity with integrations and REST-based APIs or similar technologies • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to drone pilots and senior executives • Networking experience or certifications such as CCNA (nice to have) • Experience with GIS, photogrammetry, or survey and mapping workflows (nice to have) • Experience with dock-based, remote, and BVLOS operations at scale (nice to have) • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Palantir, Databricks, or equivalents (nice to have) • Active FAA Part 107 Certificate • Ability to travel 50 to 75% of the time • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs unaided • For positions located in the United States of America, employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify
