📋 Description

• Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements, business objectives, and existing IT environments • Design and recommend Microsoft-based solutions focused on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Azure • Develop technical solution proposals, architecture diagrams, presentations, and supporting documentation • Evaluate customer environments and recommend improvements to security, productivity, device management, and cloud infrastructure • Provide technical guidance on solution feasibility, implementation considerations, integration requirements, and best practices • Recommend Microsoft 365 solutions involving Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID • Explain Microsoft 365 licensing, security capabilities, collaboration features, and integration possibilities • Recommend Intune solutions for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, endpoint security, MDM, MAM, and endpoint lifecycle management • Assess requirements and recommend Azure infrastructure, cloud services, identity and access management, networking, and security solutions • Explain cloud migration, hybrid environments, scalability, availability, and cost optimization • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and proof-of-concept activities • Respond to customer technical questions and explain solution capabilities, limitations, and implementation considerations • Prepare RFP, RFI, and technical questionnaire responses with sales representatives • Participate in discovery sessions, technical consultations, and solution validation meetings • Support discussions involving Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, and other AI-powered productivity solutions • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into customer workflows and Microsoft environments • Collaborate with sales, engineering, implementation, and customer success teams • Maintain knowledge of Microsoft products, licensing models, certifications, and technology developments • Contribute to presales documentation, solution templates, technical knowledge bases, and demonstration materials • Provide technical handover documentation to implementation teams after successful sales engagements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft technologies, solutions engineering, technical consulting, systems engineering, or a related technical role • Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Azure • Experience assessing technical requirements and recommending Microsoft-based solutions • Working knowledge of cloud computing, endpoint management, identity and access management, and enterprise IT environments • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences • Strong presentation, documentation, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and technical stakeholders throughout the presales process • Previous experience in a presales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting role preferred • Experience conducting technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and customer solution presentations preferred • Microsoft certifications relevant to Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune or endpoint management preferred • Familiarity with Microsoft security solutions, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and hybrid cloud environments preferred • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, or other AI-powered enterprise solutions preferred • Experience preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, solution architecture documents, and licensing recommendations preferred • Willingness to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement • Amenable to a permanent night shift schedule
