📋 Description
• Provide exceptional technical support in a remote environment • Assist users with hardware, software, and network issues • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems • Manage user accounts • Provide support across Mac and Windows platforms • Ensure a seamless technology experience for users
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of IT support experience • Experience with Mac and Windows environments • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues • Familiarity with Active Directory for user account management • Strong communication skills for user support • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft 365 • Preferred: Knowledge of POS systems • Preferred: Familiarity with ticketing systems • Preferred: Certifications in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+)
