📋 Description

• Provide overall contract management, coordination, performance oversight, and change leadership for acquisition workforce modernization and adoption initiatives • Serve as the primary point of contact between One Federal Solution and the Contracting Officer’s Representative for task order-related coordination • Provide strategic direction and oversight of modernization and adoption initiatives • Develop and maintain the Change Management Program Plan, stakeholder engagement strategy, communication cadence, and monitoring framework • Coordinate contractor activities and resources in support of contract requirements • Ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables in accordance with the PWS and Government direction • Lead stakeholder impact analysis, resistance mitigation planning, and reinforcement strategy implementation • Facilitate workshops, briefings, and executive-level discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Recognized change-management certification such as Prosci Change Management Certification, ACMP Certified Change Management Professional, or an equivalent credential; PMP certification; or a comparable Federal acquisition project or program management credential such as FAI or DAWIA qualification (or equivalent Government-recognized qualification) • Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading or supporting structured organizational change, modernization, or workforce transformation initiatives within federal agencies or complex organizations • Experience conducting stakeholder impact assessments, developing change strategies, and facilitating adoption of new processes or operating models • Experience leading cross-functional engagement efforts and facilitating workshops, briefings, and executive-level discussions • Documented experience providing strategic advisory, organizational transition support, or change management services • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Proficiency with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams or successor technologies • Proficiency with project or workflow management tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent • Proficiency with Smartsheet or equivalent tools
