📋 Description

• Support full-cycle recruiting for entry- and mid-level positions from kickoff through offer • Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Indeed • Conduct resume screening and initial phone screens • Build and maintain university and early-career recruiting partnerships • Coordinate recruiting events, candidate pipelines, and new graduate outreach • Maintain Greenhouse data integrity and audit-ready requisition records • Schedule phone screens, video interviews, panel interviews, and onsite visits • Serve as the primary candidate point of contact throughout the recruiting process • Initiate and track background checks and pre-employment verifications • Prepare offer letters and pre-hire documentation • Manage post-offer handoff to onboarding with HR Operations • Compile weekly recruiting metrics and pipeline status reports • Maintain recruiting documentation, templates, and SOPs; recommend workflow improvements • Support inclusive hiring and DEI sourcing initiatives • Manage job board subscriptions and vendor administrative tasks • Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital team • Leverage generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to streamline workflows and improve outcomes • Reports directly to the VP, Human Capital and partners with the Senior TA Partner

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative role; in-house corporate recruiting environment strongly preferred; exposure to university recruiting or early-career programs a plus • Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS); experience with Greenhouse strongly preferred • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) • Comfortable with video conferencing and virtual collaboration tools • Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Ability to operate independently in a remote environment and anticipate needs • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
