📋 Description

• Process US and Canadian garnishment payment files based off withholding orders created in Workday • Process refunds and reissues once an amendment or release is received from the agency • Disburse wage garnishment payments via check and EFT to appropriate payees • Generate reports from three applications for customer presentations, metrics tracking, and internal processing • Interpret and resolve tickets while adhering to OneSource Virtual's SLAs • Validate and confirm garnishment collections and payments have been released to the bank • Provide payment history reporting to customers • Interact with departments within and outside the company to answer payment questions and resolve issues • Complete company-based online learning material • Work on special projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma • General knowledge of garnishments, payroll functions and processing • Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word • Prior experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or TaxEx preferred • Ability to meet deadlines • Detail-oriented • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form • Ability to analyze and interpret information from multiple systems
