📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live • Configure system workflows, reporting, APIs, flat-file finance exchanges, and data migrations • Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables • Keep stakeholders informed and aligned • Support client testing and ensure system readiness for launch • Provide status updates, documentation, and risk assessments • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and align deliverables • Track project time and activities for utilization goals and reporting • Support change management by helping clients prepare teams for new workflows and technology • Monitor utilization and budget adherence across assigned projects • Improve implementation processes, tools, and templates • Deliver net-new implementations and add-on work for existing customers, including finance integrations, configuration changes, expanded modules, and live-environment enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years in software implementation, consulting, or legal operations • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail • Comfortable working across time zones and with global clients • Technical aptitude and curiosity, including investigating data, integrations, and system behavior • Familiarity with Postman, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project management tools • Data migration experience, including transformation, validation, and reconciliation • Experience implementing and troubleshooting REST APIs, including authentication methods, endpoints, JSON/XML payloads, and error handling • Software development, scripting, or database background such as SQL, Python, or Java preferred • Working knowledge of SQL for validating, reconciling, and investigating large datasets • Experience configuring APIs and flat-file finance integrations • Familiarity with enterprise legal management, spend management, or CLM systems preferred
