📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management for onboarding HME Providers of medical equipment and supplies to the Parachute Platform. • Partner with HME Provider leaders to drive digital ordering growth using a consultative approach tailored to customer goals and operational needs. • Delegate and oversee project tasks assigned to Implementation Associates, ensuring accurate and timely completion. • Implement product features including AI Intake, documentation, and signature requests. • Work with HME Providers, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize activation strategies, coordinate milestones, set objectives, and track performance metrics. • Develop, interpret, and present actionable data insights to guide partnerships and support decision-making. • Identify and execute process improvements to increase onboarding and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with customers on new product launches, communicate product benefits, gather feedback, and advise the Product team. • Lead customized demos and training sessions using change management techniques. • Develop expertise in platform interoperability and consult on API integration best practices. • Guide customers through technical implementations to facilitate efficient integration and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about improving patient outcomes & operational efficiencies through digital transformation in a traditionally manual (fax & paper) industry. • Process-oriented with experience developing and executing transformation roadmaps. • Strong analytical thinker who leverages data to solve problems and drive decisions. • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused self-starter. • Experienced in leading cross-functional projects, especially involving technology adoption or process modernization. • Consultative and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. • Excited by AI and digital tools as levers for systemic improvement. • 3+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project-based work in healthcare or health tech. • Proven experience implementing or managing healthcare or SaaS platforms. • Exposure to AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability is a strong plus. • Comfortable with tools such as Excel (advanced), Tableau, HubSpot, JIRA; experience with API integrations is a plus. • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is able to quickly come up to speed on technical topics. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the duration of employment. • This role is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.
