📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions and business intelligence dashboards • Provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making • Partner with business units to understand requirements • Analyze complex datasets • Deliver high-quality reporting and visualization tools • Collaborate with IT and Analytics teams to improve data integrity • Optimize data pipelines and promote scalable, secure data practices • Create, update, and maintain data sources for reporting, analysis, and modeling • Create and maintain metadata and technical documentation for data sources, pipelines, ETL processes, and related data assets • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Collaborate with IT engineers to optimize data pipelines and ETL processes • Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and standardize data and analytics processes • Promote best practices for data hygiene, resource allocation, and security • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Extensive understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and industry terminology • Knowledge of standard office software and technologies • Knowledge of key data tools and deployment processes • Understanding and adherence to OnTrac's Acceptable Use security guidelines • Clear and professional verbal and written communication • Effective collaboration in a team environment • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment • Ability to define appropriate methods and procedures for new assignments and evaluate advanced techniques • Ability to deliver innovative and effective solutions to challenging data and business issues
